Super Buddha Wholesale : Terms & Conditions
Order Conditions:
• First orders are charged to clients credit card. We accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).
• Credit card numbers and billing/shipping address are required at the time your order
is placed.
• All orders, including samples, require signed, written authorization.

Wholesale Minimum
Order Quantities:
1. Wholesale orders must total $ 500.00 or more per order to qualify for wholesale
pricing.
2. 6
piece and 12 piece minimums per design.
3. Wholesale orders under the $ 500.00 minimum are 20% off full retail price per piece to valid wholesale customers.
Credit Accounts:
• Net 30 terms will be accepted only after credit approval.
• For all Net 30 credit accounts we require a completed Credit Application.

• Credit approvals are typically completed in 1-2 weeks.
• Credit must be approved before orders will be shipped.
Credit Payment Terms:
• Net terms are 30 days payment by check preferred.
• Returned checks will be charged a $ 30.00 fee.
• Any past due will be charged to your credit card if we do not receive payment within
14 days after the due date.
Collection Costs:
• Accounts will be held liable for any and all cost associated with the collection of any past due funds and attorney fees arising from the collection afforts made.
International Orders:
• All international and Canadian shipments must be prepaid in U.S. dollars through wire
transfer, international money order, or credit card. In the event it becomes necessary for Super Buddha to incur collection costs or to institute suit to collect any amount due under this agreement, or any portion thereof, the undersigned agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the venue of the Santa Barbara County Municipal Court.
Lead Times and Backorders:
• Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks.
• Out of stock items will usually be put on backorder. Backordered delivery ship dates vary.
• We will provide a delivery date estimate for backordered items.
Returns:
• All returns must have a Super Buddha issued Return Authorization Number (RA#).
• All returns claims must be made within 14 days of receipt and must be returned within
10 days of approval.
• Approved returns are accepted in the original cartons and charged a 15% restocking fee.
• Returns not accompanied by a Super Buddha Return Authorization number (RA#) will be refused at time of delivery.
• If a garment has been worn, washed, stained, or retains scents, we cannot accept its return.
Damaged Merchandise:
• Contact us to report any problems, Please report damage to the carrier upon
receipt of goods.
• On flawed items, we will pay return freight charges and replace the items or credit
your account.
• All damages claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Quality & Changes:
• Super Buddha makes every effort to ship you the highest quality goods in the styles and colors you request. Due to the nature of our product, we allow for slight variances in color, texture and design. To ensure that you are always getting our best products, Super Buddha reserves the right to change or improve the details of our products without prior notice.
Prices:
• All prices subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of order plus shipping and handling.
